- Hollywood Heights-Santa Monica, Gastonwood-Coronado Hills
Near White Rock Lake. The styles of homes include Tudor, Spanish Eclectic, French Eclectic and more. The Hollywood-Santa Monica neighborhood is protected by a Conservation District.
- Forest Hills
A quiet neighborhood on the southeast shore of White Rock Lake with abundant towering native trees and single family homes with large lots.

On the east side of White Rock Lake, it is know for its trees and smaller eclectic homes.
