An inviting home is critical for buyer showings and photography. By viewing your home at its best, the buyer can imagine living in such a beautiful space. In preparing to list your home I will help you declutter, make space, use color and more. The result will be 'open and spacious' or 'cozy and inviting' rooms beautiful enough to be featured in a home magazine.
You've heard how important preparing your home is, but how can you accomplish this?...My expert eye and flair will bring your home to its most attractive potential.
- I take the time to work with each room in your home
- Use your furniture and accessories
- Provide accessories when needed
- Use color where it makes sense
- Some changes are big
- Move, remove or add furniture
- Create traffic flow and space
- Some changes are small
- Use books with color
- Vary accessory height and quantity
- Add or remove pillows, art work, etc.
- Position window treatments
- Declutter!
- I really mean it! I'm ruthless
- Nothing but accent piece(s) on kitchen and bathroom counters
- Stacking papers or bills isn't enough - move them out of sight
